Exchange & Return Policy

At Aurenzo, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy exchanges and refunds because your satisfaction matters.

Return & Refund Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size-related issues only.

  • You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and verify the item, we will dispatch the correct size.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion

  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at aurenzo.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant images (for damaged/wrong items).

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please Note

  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

  • Aurenzo is not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable courier service.
