At Aurenzo, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy exchanges and refunds because your satisfaction matters.
Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size-related issues only.

You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and verify the item, we will dispatch the correct size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased on sale or promotion

Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged

Products returned without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant images (for damaged/wrong items).

Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Aurenzo is not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable courier service.
